eGift Card Terms & Agreements
Bling2o UK egift cards entitle the holder to purchase goods equal to the value stated on the egift card or remaining after partial redemption. Bling2o UK egift cards are only redeemable on bling2o.co.uk.
After purchase, egift cards are sent direct via email to the email nominated in the checkout process. Once an egift card email is sent, it cannot be retrieved or edited it so it is important to double check the recipients email address before completing the purchase. To ensure the egift card funds are secure, Bling2o does not have the ability to resend gift cards or to reissue lost egift cards.
Our egift cards are partially redeemable, and any unused balance will remain on the egift card and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the egift card holder's order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the egift card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the egift card and the retail price of the goods or service.
Our egift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019. You cannot cancel your egift card and egift cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash or other credit.
Bing2o UK egift cards expire 5 years after the issue date or until no amount remains on the gift card. Any balance that remains on the egift card after expiry date will not be available for use.
Bling2o is not liable for any lost or stolen egift cards. You should treat the egift card as if it were cash. Lost egift cards cannot be replaced, and any unused funds on the egift card will be unavailable.
If fraud is suspected relating to an egift card, we may refuse to redeem the gift card until we are satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
